Systems within Systems is a martial arts school currently located in Kendall Park, NJ that blends multiple styles into one effective, deadly combat system. 

 

Our school is based on the philosophy that all martial arts have the same fighting root foundation, and understanding that foundation through training helps you grow both physically and spiritually. Through nearly 50 years of martial arts training and life experiences, Sifu Lawrence Hill has blended his knowledge of northern and southern martial arts to create a straightforward, explosive fighting style, while also developing a spiritual philosophy to balance the mind with the body.

With us, you will learn techniques from multiple fighting systems, including Shaolin, Wing Chun, Hung Gar, Northern Praying Mantis, and Yang style Tai Chi. From these foundation styles, you will be able to apply your training for real combat situations as well as personal spiritual growth.
